Addison D. Larreau
Addison D. Larreau, originally from Seattle, Washington, grew up working with and operating businesses with his family. While earning a degree in Criminology and Corrections from Eastern Oregon University he was awarded Eastern’s highest honor, President’s Scholar. After graduating from Eastern with High Honors, he attended University of Utah College of Law, completing the Business Planning Capstone. Upon graduating from the College of Law with a Juris Doctorate, Addison and his wife, Nicole, and two children, Addison, Jr. and Makenzie, moved to Ogden to practice law. Addison, Nicole and their children now live in Farr West.
Addison provides services in the areas of Business Law, Contract Law, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning, Real Estate Law and Workers Compensation. While his focus is the above areas of law, Addison also has experience with Criminal Law, Juvenile Law, Family Law and Adoptions. Because of his business background, Addison acts as Larreau & Lythgoe’s Managing Attorney in charge of Client Relationships, Business Relationships, and Billing and Accounts Receivables.
W. Scott Lythgoe
Scott Lythgoe was raised in Ogden, Utah. After graduating from high school, he served a LDS mission in Spain and thereafter enrolled at Utah State University and the Air Force ROTC program. Scott earned a degree in Human Resource Management and was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. Scott spent 5 ½ years on active duty and flew operation combat support missions during Desert Storm. Scott is now with the Utah Air National Guard.
Scott earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Utah College of Law. After graduating from law school, Scott, his wife, Lorette, and their children moved to Ogden where he opened his own law office. Since 1997, Scott has represented clients who have been denied claims for their Workman’s Compensation benefits and Social Security Disability benefits. Scott also provides services in the areas of Personal Injury. Scott is an active member of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association and Inns of Court. Scott speaks fluent Spanish and represents many Spanish speaking clients. Scott acts as Larreau & Lythgoe’s Workman’s Compensation, Social Security Disability and Personal Injury Manager.
Kimberly Stevens was raised in Midvale, Utah. She earned a degree in Economics from Weber State University, where she became interested in the legal field. After working as a paralegal in Ogden, Kimberly attended Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts. Upon earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Kimberly worked as an attorney for a municipality and also opened her own law office, practicing mainly Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Collection Law. Kimberly and her husband then decided to return to Utah and now lives in Ogden Valley. She enjoys outdoor activities, such as camping, hiking, and canoeing.
Kimberly is licensed to practice in Utah, as well as Massachusetts and Connecticut and is a member of National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. While Kimberly’s focus is the legal field, she also has a background in accounting and small business issues as well. Kimberly provides services in the areas of Bankruptcy, Real Estate, and Civil Litigation
Damon E. Morris
Damon E. Morris spent his youth in Idaho Falls, Idaho and Provo, Utah. After serving an LDS mission to Argentina, Damon earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Damon then attended the William S. Boyd School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. Following his graduation, Damon practiced law in Las Vegas. Prior to joining Larreau & Lythgoe, PC. Damon worked independently in his private law practice.
Damon is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Utah, with Idaho coming soon. Damon speaks fluent Spanish and provides services in Immigration, Criminal, Family Law and general Civil Litigation.
